Age Group Training
Our rugby training plans are age group appropriate, designed to develop the foundational skills necessary to safely enjoy the game of rugby from u6 age group through to full contact rugby. Training drills scaffold (or build) through the age groups so players maintain a sense of familiarity whilst further developing and practising their rugby skills. Training is appropriate for the rules of competitions as set out by the Danish Rugby Union (U8 upwards).
Girls and Women

Saturday Training Sessions
Training takes place for all age groups on a Saturday morning from 9:30 to 11:00/11:30. During the winter season we start earlier @ 9am to 10:30am. Keep an eye on Facebook for when the change of times occurs.
From previous experience we have adopted the group warm up, this is when we bring all the ages together to warm up together and remember we are one club. It's always a great way to kick off a Saturday morning. Parents are always welcome to join in with the fun.
Wednesday Training Sessions
Wednesday training sessions start at 5pm - 6:30pm. These sessions are designed for U10 and above. It is a group training and is dependent on coach availability. This training session takes place on the grass rugby field on the opposite side of the road to k1, next to the artificial grass American Football Field, and the athletics track.
